Happy Thanksgiving! Eat some pie for me!

Hey everyone! This week is last week of changes so we will see what happens next week. Transfer number 6 is almost done. It is so crazy how fast time is going! Some highlights of this week:

1. We had a leadership meeting broadcasted from Argentina with Elder Cook. It was great and they really focused on our roles as leaders and how we need to work together for the work of salvation.

2. Hermana Lopez has a year in the mission

3. Javiera had to change her date to the 19th because she will be out of town on the 12th (if you could keep this in your prayers that would be awesome!)

4. We had a primary birthday party and had two investigators there and got to eat some goodies. (TOUCHDOWN)

5. Stake conference was so good. One thing they mentioned was the difference between pleasure and happiness. We need to make sure we are seeking after happiness. And hint hint the gospel=happiness.

6. I got my birthday package and lots of birthday letters.

7. I finally saw Meet the Mormons and it was SO GOOD.

8. We went to an interactive muesum and got to see what a 8.6 earthquake would feel like. It was fun.

9. Sad news Hermana Betancourht went home today. Her knees were so bad and she was in a lot of pain. She will be missed but she worked hard and was a great missionary.

I love you all and have a HAPPY THANKSGIVING. I am so jealous. Eat some turkey, pie and mashed potatoes for me. Be good. LET YOUR LIGHT SHINE.

Birthday Week!!

 Hey everyone!

This week we walked a lot because we did a lot of visiting new people. It was hard but we have faith that God with help us. Well to end my birthday week a Hermana took us out for gelato. So Good!
Also another Hermana threw a surprise birthday for me with a cake.

So I spent it well. I also completed 8 months in Chile! Time is passing too fast. A menos activa that I was really close with died this week so that was a little hard for me. I am so grateful for the plan of salvation. We had interviews with President Morgan. He is the best and was able to open my eyes even more. Man I have so much work to do! And we have a bunch of fruit trees that are super yummy in our sector. Love you all and make a great week.

I found my twin!

Hey everyone well another week has come and gone. I cant believe how fast time is going! This week was a very interesting week.

1. So we called this one investigator that we had never met and they invited us over for lunch. Cool right? So we get to there house and we wait for them because they aren't there. Well they pull up and we hear the old man say to his wife ´it isn't either one of them`. Then they tell us that they were expecting the other Hermanas. Awkward right and then they told us they were Catholics and they weren't going to change. After they asked us if we could wait for a little bit so they could go pick someone up from the metro. We said yes. Well we waited for an HOUR and they NEVER came back. We even called them. Yes we were ditched. HaHa so we ate lunch in the house.

2. We contacted this old man and at the end he pinched my cheeks.

3. We made lunch for the senior couple missionaries today who work in the offices and ate with them.

4. We robbed someone. We ate some fruit off a tree that was in someones backyard. So I gave Hermana Lopez a boost and she grabbed a few. Don't worry we have repented.

5. We taught with a seventy, Elder Guiffra. He lives in our sector and so we did a lesson with him and it was AWESOME. His testimony really helped our investigator. I totally have bragging rights.

6. With an investigator we made aji de gallina.

Hope you all have a great week. I will be enjoying my last week as a teenager. Since I turn the big 20 next Tuesday.
